In leaked exerpts from her speeches (which she has conceded are accurate) Hillary Clinton admits that she does not tell the public what she really believes on any issue. Instead, she tells the voters her public position. But when in private with her big donors, she tells them her private position, which is the position that she will act on, her real position.

So, you can't believe what Hillary Clinton tells the voters. She is just telling the voters what they want to hear and she has no intention of following through on what she says.
